What we collect

When you submit the assessment form we collect: your name, work email, company, role, country, the service area you're interested in, a description of your situation, and optional urgency.

With your consent, we also collect analytics data via PostHog: page views, scroll depth, section engagement, CTA clicks, and form interaction. Session recordings are fully masked — no form inputs or personally identifiable content is recorded.

How we use it

Lead data is used to respond to your enquiry and assess your project. Analytics data is used to understand how the site performs and to improve conversion. We do not sell or share your data with third parties beyond our service providers (PostHog, Resend, Supabase) who process it on our behalf.

Analytics & consent

Analytics tools (PostHog session replay, event tracking) load only after you explicitly consent via the cookie banner. You may revoke consent at any time by clearing your browser storage. In anonymous mode (pre-consent), no cookies are set and no PII is collected.

Attribution

We capture first-touch and last-touch marketing attribution (UTM parameters, referrer, landing page) in browser localStorage with a 90-day TTL. This is used to understand which channels drive qualified leads. It is stored on your device and sent only at lead submission.
